The historic origins of Public Access Television is an exceptional record of giving the man on the street a forum for his need to be heard. This happens without alteration. The media is not as virtuous, and certainly commercial, but the public has access to speak out, good, or, bad, and through trial and error, and modern technology many future producers of media material may emerge.
