We are a site promoting access to public services for the disabled and the elderly. We believe that public services should be for the benefit of everyone in the community, and therefore everyone should have access to the same services and quality of life. The Americans With Disabilities Act has made huge strides for ensuring that everyone has access to public services and resources that can better quality of life, but there is still a long way to go when it comes to promoting public access for everyone.
Our goal is to educate everyone, both abled and disabled, on the current state of disability/elderly public access in America – both what is working and what could be improved. We want to inform our readers about the ways that they can help those who are disabled by doing things like contacting their government representatives, working with local organizations that install accommodations in the community, and much more. We also want to inform the elderly and disabled of the resources that are available to help them have the best possible quality of life. Finally, we want to help connect people in the community who care about these issues so they can work together to make a change.
