Now Accepting Submissions
PCAC is accepting videos to be broadcasted on Philadelphia's Public Access system. If you have a film, documentary, animation, or other work that you would like to share simply download the program submission form and mail along with a copy of your program. At this time PCAC can only accept DVDs or MiniDV formats.
